The Next Play: Reimagining our Athletic Field

Our own student-athletes have spearheaded this campaign for an improved Athletic Field to afford safer, lit, regulation-size play, and a more welcoming fan environment. The students who began this project have spent countless hours on our current field which has uneven / unsafe grass, drainage issues, a complete lack of lighting, and is not regulation size (limiting our ability to host conference play and bring our surrounding areas' teams to our wonderful town and campus).

The students driving this campaign have been actively involved in the budgeting and surveying, as well as liaising with vendors, Summit families, and community outreach. Please consider helping us achieve an Athletic Field that matches the caliber of the rest of our amazing campus!

Our dream field will involve:

• Burying power lines and putting in a proper water system
• Expanding our field to meet state requirements
• Completely resurfacing the natural grass
• Adding additional bleacher seating, with a safe pathway leading to it
• Fencing surrounding the premises
• Stadium lighting
• Relocating a bigger scoreboard
• Press Box for communications and scoring
• Maintenance shed
• Practice Field

We can't wait to achieve this goal both for our current student-athletes, and our younger generation of students to enjoy during their journey at Summit!
